I eat here and drink here often. My husband brings employees etc here frequently for lunch. Very consistent with excellent food and service. They will work with my food allergies. Great for company parties as well. Friendly owner as well. Great place for food, friends, and drinks.

Found this place through Yelp and it didn't disappoint. Got the Green Bay burger and it's awesome! Great place for lunch or pre-game. Bar staff is outstanding

Grandkids loved the deep fried cheese curds, burger, chix tenders. Nana went for Cesar salad & it was good. I had a Gyro. Should have went next door, but the Gumbo was out of this world spicy great.

Loved coming here during my business trip from CA. I enjoyed the food and the service was just great! I was here for lunch and toward the end of my meal I asked my waitress where I could find some places that had things to take back home. It was just the advice I was looking for so that made my day. Loved the interior decor a lot too!

Excellent staff and a great atmosphere. the food always great and not just your typical bar food. I really enjoyed my experience and would go back again.

Great place to meet and have some cocktails with friends! One minor change I would suggest is getting rid of the tables in the middle of the floor by the south bar during busy times. It creates a bottle neck and makes it very difficult for patrons and wait staff to get through.

Awesome food, good drinks, great atmosphere. The muffuletta is outstanding and the French fry serving is generous and crispy! Kid friendly is a big bonus. A must try in DePere.

The first time I went to Nicky's I wasn't quite sure what to expect. You open a large wooden door and step into the restaurant area and immediately you're greeted with a choice of where you would like to dine. The beautiful wood background is warm and inviting. There are plenty of chairs, booths, and a bar area to choose from. I had the walleye and my girlfriend had the perch plate. Both were spectacular. The walleye was huge! I enjoyed it with a Milwaukee Brewing Company beer, a personal favorite. It wasn't until my next few visits that I learned they make one hell of an old fashioned. It's homemade / muddled to perfection. What is very cool is that the owner had come around almost every time to say hi and ask us about the meal. I still have to go back and try the burger, hear it is great. Thanks Nicky's!

Great food and atmosphere. We were a group of 7 and everyone loved their food. The hot muffuletta was our fave. Great local beer selection.

Summary: Great, Clean Place, Great Local Beer selection. I really wanna go back and try the fish fry. Place: Really cool place, I was a little skeptical from the outside, but the inside was really nice, I guess they remodeled the place in the past couple years or so. It has an old bar feel, but one where they took good care and kept it nice. Food: My burger was really tasty and I liked the airy crisp bun. bun. It was real cheap too at 7 bucks and it came with fries. Although I wish the patty was a little bigger, and would have been willing to pay more for a bigger patty. Beer: Great selection of local taps. I'm also a big fan of places that pour into the bar glasses made for the beer itself. It does make a difference to the taste, it's not just a gimmick. I tried the the Wisco Disco beer and it was real tasty. I will definitely come back again.

Fantastic food and a great atmosphere that's very relaxing. Given the quality of the venue it's well priced with most plates being in the 10 dollar range. Can't go wrong.

The cheese curds are delicious and the architecture is fun. I love that they actually have at least a couple different bottles of Scotch available and not just Jameson or Jack Daniels available behind the bar. (Not that there's wrong with either Jameson or Jack Daniels!!) To conclude, I rather enjoy the staff.

Finally made it to this place! Great taps, great service, good food, excellent local ambiance! Near St. Norbert College in De Pere, WI, it is a new haunt for our family. The menu has the A-typical Friday Night Fish, but also has better selection-Perch sandwich, Blackened Tuna, fried Walleye, etc. The rest of the menu has a great mix of pub fare, like burgers, pizzas, and sandwiches. We were impressed with the I gotta write about the New England Style clam chowder. The BEST in the greater Green Bay area, for sure. We relocated to this area from Massachusetts, and we have been tasting the attempts at chowder.....and we finally found a place that serves it the way it should be served....hot, creamy, lots of clams, potatoes, and made with a clam base stock.....probably bacon, as well. Will be back, thanks!

Our new favorite place for Friday night fish fry. Tried it out on whim one night a few months ago. What a delight! Owners Tom and John Nick along with staff do an excellent job demonstrating great appreciation for customers. Owners actually work the bar and the crowd. One of the few places where they recognize you, remember your drink(s), and serve the best fish around. Great feeling of neighborhood. Well worth the experience.

We started here on St. Patty's day. They have Margaritas on tap. On Tap. Great place to go for a hamburger and a cocktail or two!

Great bar, great food, great drinks, great atmosphere. It feels slightly rustic, if that's an appropriate word to use. It has a lot of character, and almost is like a step back in time. The service is good, and the food comes out at astonishing speeds.

Awesome food and service! Pick any sandwich on the menu--you can't go wrong!! The gumbo is a must if you like it rich and spicy!

I like stopping in here but feel like I am paying more than I should. Why during happy hour is a miller lite bottle and glass of house wine $10? Feels a little pricey for what/where it is.

When I lived in Green Bay this was one of my favorite places to unwind after work. The Nicks are super cool.
